Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

To ensure responsible, lawful, and secure use of CodeVelo.dev LLC (“CodeVelo”) systems and services.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal or fraudulent actions
  • Infringing intellectual property
  • Malware distribution or hacking
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Hosting obscene, hateful, or violent content

3. Security Obligations

Clients must:

  • Use strong passwords and MFA
  • Protect API keys and access credentials
  • Notify CodeVelo of suspected breaches immediately

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination. Illegal activity will be reported to authorities.

Enforcement actions do not relieve clients of payment obligations under any agreement.

5. Reporting

Report abuse to compliance@codevelo.dev with relevant evidence.
